ALL NEW PLAYERS NEED TO SUBMIT EITHER A BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT FOR AGE VERIFICATION PURPOSES. Please submit documentation via one of the following methods:
- Email to the Registrar (psjunited.registrar@gmail.com)
- Upload electronically to your child's gotSoccer Account and email notification of this to Registrar.
- Mail a copy and email notification of this to the Registrar:

If your child has been previously registered with any soccer club in the state of Florida, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A NEW GOTSOCCER ACCOUNT your child will already have an existing one.
If you are unsure as to the existence of an account, either individual or family, or do not know your login information, use the Player Password Lookup to receive notification of all accounts associated with your email address.
