Carlos Ferreira – Director of Coaching & Player Development
Born and raised in Brazil, Carlos Ferreira brings a lifelong passion for soccer to his role as Director of Coaching and Player Development. With over a decade of experience coaching youth players, he is dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the field.
Carlos previously served as the East Coast Regional Director and Instructor for Coerver
Coaching Southeast and has coached with Brevard SA and South Brevard FC. His coaching
philosophy emphasizes technical skill, creativity, and a positive learning environment that
inspires players to grow.
He holds a B.S. in Sports Management and multiple coaching credentials, including USSF
Licenses, United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper Diplomas, Coerver Coaching Diplomas,
and NFHS Accredited Interscholastic Coach certification and is a member of the National
Society of Leadership and Success, where he earned the National Engaged Leader Award.
He is also CPR certified, ensuring the highest standards of safety and player care.
