Coaches, You must first follow your leagues' rescheduling policy which is available below:
- GCF Rescheduling policy (part 7)
- BYSL Rescheduling Policy (section 3.6)
Below is our general club policy for requesting game reschedules.
- Contact other teams coach to initiate the game change.
- The 2 coaches are to come up with agreement for cancellation (per league rules).
- Once agreement for reschedule / cancellation has been made, with or without a new game date, then contact to our head referee and club scheduler for requested changes can be made using form on this page.
