Game Reschedules

***IMPORTANT***

Coaches,

You must first follow your leagues' rescheduling policy which is available below:

• GCF Resheduling policy (part 7)
• BYSL Rescheduling Policy (section 3.6)

Below is our general club policy for requesting game reschedules.

1. Contact other teams coach to initiate the game change.
2. The 2 coaches are to come up with agreement for cancellation (per league rules).
3. Once agreement for reschedule / cancellation has been made, with or without a new game date, then contact to our head referee and club scheduler for requested changes can be made using form on this page.
